It is perhaps because of this that we were recently declared the winners of the Best B&B, Inn & Guest House award at the Swansea Bay Tourism Awards 2024.
Our family-run boutique hotel is located a stone’s throw from the sea shore and our guests delight in the short walk along the promenade to Mumbles itself where they discover the many lovely restaurants, cafes and boutique shops this small seaside town affords. We provide the ideal base from which to explore the award-winning beaches and stunning coastline of the Gower Peninsula with its world class walks and beautiful golf courses, as well as the City of Swansea and all that this delightful part of South Wales provides.

Our Accommodation
The Rhossili Bay
This spacious, elegant deluxe room features a king size bed and two large windows that gaze out into the bay. The chic, modern nature of the décor, alongside the bright and airy environment, is an instant recipe for relaxation as you sit and marvel at the constantly changing seascape before you.
The Caswell Bay
An exquisite family room boasting a stylish sitting area that can accommodate either a single or double bed for additional young guests. With eye-catching décor, the hidden super king size bed is always a delightful surprise, with the flexible option of twin beds if preferred.
The Falls Bay
This luxurious loft conversion is a light and airy room featuring unrivalled panoramic views of the sweep of Swansea Bay via its balcony Velux window. Enjoy an incredibly comfortable double bed or sit back and relax in your separate seating area with sofa bed ideal for a child or an additional guest.
The Three Cliffs Bay
A warm and inviting double room in a quiet part of the property with a very generous ensuite shower room. Decorated with cosy, appealing autumnal shades, this room has a subtle feel of elegance combined with a comfortable, homely feel.
The Port Eynon
A spacious, light and airy room located in the middle of the hotel, overlooking the courtyard. Featuring a king size bed and soothing, elegant tones, our guests love the delightful fittings and furnishings of this serene and peaceful room.
**NEW: Oyster Cottage**
Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your super king size bed in our new self catering sister property: the gorgeous Oyster Cottage! This spacious two-bedroom option which sleeps 5 is right next door and is perfect for families or couples and pets are welcome.
